OPPORTUNITY

A vibrant, 75 year-old community service and faith-based Council of Churches seeks a dynamic visionary leader as CEO to further its mission and ministry in a northeastern coastal metropolitan area.  This ordained clergy person will advance the Council in partnership with its active Board of Directors, member churches, and other stakeholders.  As the Council’s CEO, the individual will be accountable for managing the Council’s current programs (Janus Center for Youth in Crisis, FEED Center, Reentry Program, Bridge Building), achieving fundraising and grant-securing goals, and serving as public spokesperson for the organization and its mission.  Job expectations include guiding program delivery with a professional team of 14 staff members, and managing a $1.3 million budget and reporting process.
